• Must have Multithreading experience in last 2-3 projects
• Must have practical experience on RMI, Serialization & Socket Programming
• Efficient in use of UML Design Patterns
• Client-facing role so exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of Messaging Server like JMS
• Must have worked on any framework like Spring / Struts / Hibernate
• Work experience in projects of Financial / Banking domain will be a plus
